Come and find out what it’s like to be part of our fantastic Lancashire Youth Concert Band (LYCB). Spend a day rehearsing with the band playing a wide range of music from songs from the shows and film themes, to marches and symphonic suites.
If you are a wind or brass player and have reached an intermediate standard on your instrument (around grade 3 or above) we would love to hear from you.

We are also running a “Try a Tuba” session as part of this day – this is suitable for students already learning a brass instrument but we also welcome complete beginners.

We recommend you need to be at least about 10 years old to be big enough to support the weight of the instrument.
