We are excited to announce that the National Youth Jazz Orchestra @nyjouk are delivering 6 sessions in partnership with the Lancashire Schools Jazz Orchestra and @lancashiremusichub.![]()

These sessions are for any young musicians of approx. Grade 3 + on their instrument. This is a chance for them to work with NYJO Educator Fergus Quill and the @lancashire_schools_jazz orchestra to explore improvisation and create a brand-new group composition. Sessions are open to everyone - even if they’ve never played in an ensemble before, they can come along and have a go! ![]()

The sessions will work towards delivering a performance on Friday 16th May, alongside a NYJO ensemble.![]()

Sessions will take place from 12:45 – 15:15 on the following dates: 18/1, 25/1, 15/2, 8/3, 22/3, 5/4 at St Michael's CE High School PR7 1RS.![]()
